Week 6 - NO FEEDBACK

So another week passed with NO FEEDBACK. I am WAITING FOR 6 WEEKS for someone to call me with the way forwards.<br> <br> THIS IS RIDICULOUS.<br> <br> I dont want someone from Hell Peter to call me and tell me \we reffering it to the relevant manager and someone will call you\" BECAUSE NO-ONE CALLS ME<br> <br> I dont want Hello Peter's automatic reply of how this is being investigated.... because the investigation should be done BY NOW!!! I Want feedback I want results.<br> <br> When someone call em one day then they still going to want to listen to what happend then go do their investigations. <br> <br> CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME THE OMBUDSMAN DETAILS PLEASE. SURELY I CAN HAVE THIS RESOLVED GOING THAT ROUTE, SINCE VODACOM DONT CARE ABOUT RESOLVING THIS INTERNALLY"
