Website useless

I give one star because I cant give zero. Still the most pathetic company out there. a year ago, I complained, someone answered on this forum that someone would contact me. Did not......Just an answer for those wanting to read. I need to buy airtime. My contract is on lock? Whatever that is supposed to mean. Clicking the contact page.....just freezes blank. Pathetic pathetic organisation
