Website is poorly designed, Signup process flawed, Vodacom operates in Silos.

Vodacom's processes are flawed. I have tried unsuccessfully for two weeks to get fibre to my home. I completed the form, they made me choose an installation date. I ensured that someone was here. no one pitched. When I called the sales desk, the sales assistant gave me some story and said she would investigate and call me back to do a new application. That was 1 and 1/2 weeks ago. I called today again. Fabulous sales agent. Then they require a vetting process where you upload your documents. The site does not work. Whoever designed the system needs to relook at it. I try and upload a document. It says there is a file type error. It loads the document which is PDF and gives me an error, it does not allow you to delete said document. Whoever thought that bank statements signed from the bank are less than 4mb are crazy. How does vodacom propose that we upload documents less than 4MB. I mean really. As from the bank in PDF 3 months bank statements on a healthy account would never amount to 4MB. Common people, think before you design systems and test. Its as if Vodacom operates in Silos. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I am sure Vodacom has lost a lot of business because the signing up process, just does not work. Neither does your document uploading process. Can someone please redesign website. IT keeps on giving me a <?>(SBL-EXL-00151). And your website provides no support. Who sits and designs such a non-user friendly system???
