website down far too often
I have many vodacom numbers on prepaid and I need to access balances for these numbers through the website. all of these numbers are linked numbers to my primary number. all of these numbers are linked to SMS dailing devices that monitor machines or alarm systems. I need to know these balances daily! The simplest would be to just buy more bundles if I am not sure of the balances but then I have too many SMS's or data packages the bundles expire and I loose out. tonight it was 14 mins before my call was answered and all they could promise me was that someone would contact me within 24 hours!! please fix the website there have been on going problems for years and I am tired of having the same complaint
