Website/App not working

Once again I have to complain on Hellopeter about the onlibe option regarding purchases of data and airtime. I have been trying multiple times in the last week to purchase data for my wife's account. We are on vacation and thus not covered by the house's wifi. So we are using the data on our packages. Her data is used and I need to purchase more, but after about ten attempts on today alone to do this I am still left unhappy. I finally got the airtime needed, but the data is not working. Can someone please sort this out since I am becoming extremely aggravated. The only website and app is the worst experiences I have encountered on the net so far.
