Web Account Cancallation

I contacted Vodacom over the weekend to cancel my old web account on sel nr ***,because this number was cancelled. Now I cannot open a new web account to check my sms's etc on my new Vodacom nr. The customer service rep told me technical department will cancel it, but nothing yet. I need to register my new acc nr to buy data online etc..... Just another Vodacom bad service<br> Alma<br> ID ***
