Weaponised incompetence
Vodacom is truly the most disappointing network provider in South Africa. I did an upgrade and added a new contract then the whole thing was sent to confirmations department this *********** department kept calling incorrect numbers saying they can’t reach me then I called Vodacom 5 times telling them my contact is with you guys how in Gods name are you calling the wrong number gave them the correct number but still they cancelled the whole transaction without even telling me. I’m the idiot who keeps calling to say you have the wrong number yet they don’t correct it. What kind of weaponised incompetence is this? Yoh Vodacom
