WEAK/PATHETIC SERVICE

Good day.

I would like to explain myself clearly in this review. Vodacom is the worst service provider ever!

From this morning around 8'o clock...I have been struggling to connect to the internet via Vodacom. I also bought 1 GB of data and then is received and extra 1GB of data. Within minutes I received an sms that tells me that my data has run out and I only have around 200 MB data left....how is it possible that almost 1.8GB of data can vanish in a few minutes? This unexceptable by far! This behaviour is ridicolous!

I really do hope that this problem can be solved as quickly as possible because there are businesses that are depending and Vodacom and that are using their internet and now this happend!! And there are also a lot of people that is also complaining about their service.

I do hope to get some feedback.
