Weak Data Solution Offering
Having made contact with the Customer Care Line, they confirmed that what I wanted with my data package was possible. But I had to go to a Vodacom shop to get it done.
However, having made my way to the Northgate 4 U store I was abruptly informed that what I wanted was not possible!!
As a new client, what should I think about Vodacom? Inept, not interested, or not able to give me what MTN was able to.....
