'We welcome ****** amongst our employees at Vodacom....!'

Really? From a 'service provider'? To be honest, if you've ever dealt with a problem at Vodacom before, ****** is the least of your worries. So a couple of days ago my account was barred. Why? Still, no-one has any idea. I had to go to Vodacom4u store yesterday for almost 3 hours - not an easy or convenient thing for a disabled (I really don't have time to discuss the abuse given to me about this!) person to do. They took copies of my ID book, drivers licence and bank statement deals and a wad of papers was sent to Vodacom - they neglected to give me the reference number - can't have clients following up on the progress of an investigation! They promised to call me this morning...no word yet. Yesterday it would have been awesome if they had sorted this out for me. But with the continued ****** and abuse of me as a disabled person, all I would like now would be to be released from my contract with no penalties or further payments due and go to another cellular provider that actually has some respect for its clients and some kind of service ethic. MTN or Cellc.....I am awaiting your call with bated breath

Really? If so why did the manager Saartie say she would contact me after speaking to the store? That was 2 hours ago. Not a single one of your employees have given me ANY progress reports at any stage over the last 3 days!?!?

So it has now been 5 days since Vodacom barred my line for no reason. Spent 3 hours in the shop gave copies of all documents, gave alternate contact details...and they still haven't given me ANY feedback. The lack of respect for customers is mind boggling. Even if Vodacom do manage to fix this problem I will never renew my contract with them again.....EVER!!!!!!!!!
