we rica our sim cards but now it doesn't work anymore

<p>Iv'e been out of the country for a few months and now that i'm back iv'e lost my number along with R700 or some odd amount worth of airtime. This is unacceaptable and vodacom needs to fix this i will not visit any store or call them because i have no other sim card. i want my airtime back along with the huge amount i paid for my sim card being it a personalised number.</p> <p>This is THEFT we Rica our numbers and it's still taken away from us even if we have airtime on it!!!</p>
