We not numbers on a spreadsheet

Well apparently we are just numbers on spreadsheets for Vodacom. I purchased a phone when they had a special last year in December, later advised in February after i had started to get irritated by the fact that there was no correspondence as to what was going on. Its been 7 months i still haven't received my refund despite being the one following up on my payment. Now the latest excuse despite the ducking and dodging is we are refurbishing our offices so we can not process the refund as quickly as we would like. Its 7months to make one payment what if i had kept quiet. Someone better help them realise we are not numbers on a spreadsheet.
