We need more Nonhlanhla's !!
On Monday morning I had a problem with my BB and called the call centre. I had the good fortune of getting through to Nonhlanhla who guided me every step of the way. She was really patient and knows her stuff. She had to call me back so I could reset my phone and I was sceptical that she would, but before I could think further the phone rang.<br> <br> I am not a fan of call centres and generally don't like dealing with them but this lady is good !!<br> <br> Thank you !
