We love to upset our customers

And you thought the Berlin Wall was high? Try the ****ed up Vodacom contact centre, the ****ed up *****s department and try dealing the total imbecils, *****s, thick and dunce idiots who work at this company.

How to **** you off!!! Try Vodacom, they are an absolute ace at ****ing up as far as they go.

I have seldom come across a more *********** bunch of **** nuts in my entire life.

Let's start at the beginning: May 20, my phone is ****** and within 5 minutes of it being ****** at Jet in the East Rand Mall, I go to the Vodacom store across the way to have the sim and hand set blocked.

The ****ed up manageress behind the counter cancels the incorrect handset and does not do the sim swop. Besides this this dunce decides it best to discuss my issue with strangers in the store!!!! YOU GET FIRST PRIZE FOR CUSTOMER CONFIDENTIALITY.

May 20: I return to the same dunce and ask her to give the correct sim for my phone. This forces the idiot to do another sim swop.

May 21: My phone is still not working and I return to Vodacom in Menlyn Maine. WOW!!!! The halfwit behind the counter did not even look on the system why the sim was not working and said that I needed to purchase another sim and that no sim swop had been executed. MAGIC!!!!! Still nothing worked.

May 22: I enter Vodacom in Menlyn Mall. Here at least there are two people who tried to help Darryn and his assistant who were on the phone trying to get hold of someone at Vodacom to give me a reason why my phone was still not working.

We discovered that the manageress at Vodacom in East Gate, I take my hat off to you that you are able to breath and have a heart beat without a single brain cell, blocked my previous Vodacom contract handset instead of blocking the phone which was ******.

May 23: My ****** phone is still not blocked, but with one foot over the Vodacom Wall Call centre – heaven forbid you actually manage to get in touch with the *****s/forensic department, of with management or with accounts department or their back office. Crossing over a no man’s land would have been easier. I eventually get in touch with someone and explain the whole situation to them.

May24 – still no action, my phone is blocked, again I am at Vodacom and again Darryn and his assistant try to help. Email are sent, reference numbers obtained, promises are made: Switch off your phone, wait two hours, bla bla bla ****ing bla. Still Nothing.

May25: Drive to the dungeon in Midrand: Speak to yet another useless customer services agent. “I don’t have the authorisation to unblock your phone” Well then Missy, get in touch with the ****ing people who are responsible for this!!!!! You at counter no 17.

May 26: Phone is unlocked for exactly 5 min. then locked again. Bought 5 megs received the invoice, upgraded the software and there you go. NOTHING!!!! The phone does not work.

May 27: Call again, another ****ing reference number, and by the way, all the text messages saying that the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, the bill is standing at R25000+ Yet again the ****ed up ***** department, promises made that the phone will be unlocked. That the credit will passed on the amount because it is seen as ********** use on the phone. I feel like I am getting somewhere. Data still not working. Why? Ummmm…. You bought an itemised billing option and this is still on hold so I cannot add more data to your phone. BULL****, why would I buy itemised billing when it has been active on my phone?

May28: We don’t work over the weekend. Call this number I am told – dial the number ********** 001 – bla bla Vodacom jargon “the call centre is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. What the ****?

May29: Call the call centre, take your sim card out, we need to synchronise your line. Still no access to call. More messages that the reference numbers based on the complaints have been resolved. Emails thanking me for my ****ing data bundle purchases.

May30: Yet again the ***** department, No we have not placed any lock on your phone. OH WOW!!! Then why the **** can I not call or use my data?

13:17: Your network synchronisation has been activated.

13:59: Your once off bundle 400 min anat 30 days has been activated

14:30 – try dialling; your call has been re-routed to a call recorded announcement please be advised that your service has been suspended. Please contact your service provider.

15:30 – call the Vodacom call centre, they knock off at 16:00 we cannot help you, you need to contact us tomorrow.

Here is to you Vodacom for being the best ****ed up company at customer service. How amazing it would be to actually have someone with ***** call me and explain just how you actually operate and how you are able to resolve this issue. I wonder if this Louise woman to whom numerous email as been sent will actually have the guts to respond.
