We just want to pay you!!! Please!!!

My husband and I are overseas and sorted all our affairs out prior to leaving EXCEPT for a small debit order with Vodacom that somehow missed our list of to do's before our bank account was closed. We have a clean credit report & all of a sudden one month we saw a judgement lodged by Vodacom for R200 odd and very quickly realised that we had forgotten this one. Since then (over a year ago) we have sent more than a handful of emails to more than one customer service email address on Vodacom's website but we are just not getting any response. All we want is a balance and payment details so we can pay but no one wants to respond. We have unfortunately now resorted to writing our story here in hope that this will be resolved.
