We have had enough!

My name is Michellé Erasmus, ID ***. I feel as if I can scream to the heavens out of pure frustration!! For 2 weeks my daughter and I are struggling to upgrade my daughter's Vodacom phone of which I am the account holder. She is in George and I in Cradock, Eastern Cape. At the Upgrades Department I've spoken up to now with Cindi, Mamsie (they actually performed brilliant in my eyes ), Thembiso, Vuyo, Vusi, Tabita and a couple more whose names were inaudible. My problem: I've been with Vodacom for roughly 12 years of which on contract with 3 numbers roughly 8 years. Due to circumstances totally out of my control I had to go under debt councelling around 2014. I had to choose which accounts I wanted under debt review. Vodacom was not one. Since then my children and I did around 6 upgrades without any hassle. For my children ( in Potch and George) I always gave permission letters that they submitted at the shops. At times the agent would phone me in the presence of my children. Like I said, no hassle. 2 weeks ago my daughter went to the Vodacom Garden Route Mall in George with her permission letter. Deal is approved, phone is sent go the shop and when she wanted to collect her phone, she was told that Vodacom put a block on the phone. She and I phoned the lines to Vodacom Upgrades Dept till it burnt. So we ended up at Cindi and Mamsi.. Deal approved, phone would be sent per courier and she would sign receipt this past Tuesday or Wrdnesday. Thursday my daughter asked me to phone and ask for the tracking number. Will the little lady on the other side of the phone tell me either my daughter or I cancelled the deal!! I mean..... WHAAAAT???? She sent an e-mail to Mamsi to phone me urgently. I'm still waiting. I phoned yesterday and asked to speak to the call centre manager. Once again an e-mail was sent to the manager to phone me as a matter of urgency. I AM STILL WAITING. My daughter went back to the said Vodacom shop. Het phone is THERE. The deal was APPROVED. The agent said that the phone may only be released once Vodacom lifts the block from the deal. He suspects that it's possibly because I'm under debt councelling and because I didn't have funds in my bank account. ..... IT WAS 1 DAY BEFORE PAYDAY. OF COURSE THERE'S NO FUNDS IN!!@@ ..... HOW and I'm asking HOW WERE THE OTHER DEALS DONE IF MY DEBT COUNCELLING IS A PROBLEM??? ...... And talking of that - In this 8 YEARS and 3 NUMBERS, have I EVER MISSED A DEBIT ORDER????

VODACOM, YOU ARE TREATING ME LIKE DIRT. Which I DO NOT deserve after being a FREAKN loyal client of yours!!!!

I WANT MY DAUGHTER'S PHONE. Not by courier. AT THE SHOP. And oh dear, if THIS is to happen again with my son's upgrade, I will totally lose it!!!
