We have a month to month fibre 25up and 25 down line with vodacom but our speedline is way less then that

We have a month to month fibre 25up and 25 down line with vodacom but our speedline is way less then that. We are paying R650 per month for service we are not getting. And they customers service is so bad when every we call they customer care line the agents is so unhelpful and ***********. We been having this problem since april and sad to say Vodacom is a bad and unprofessional service provider i will never recommend anyone to use them.
