We can't rely on Vodacom!!!

We have been reporting network outage in the Kwamhlanga section A area in mpumalanga for the past year every month. They fix the network for 3 weeks then it goes back to having problems. We have complained about our cellphone tower with no assistance. As we speak its been two weeks now without network, we can't make calls or log into the internet. We use the internet for work. They keep on calling with empty promises.
