Watsapp ticket not active even after follow up
I have been having bad experiences with Vodacom. I bought Watsapp ticket for 1gig then suddenly it is not activated.
I then called Vodacom (which took me a while to get through) and then they sent me 1gig Watsapp ticket for the inconvenience. It is still not active.
