Water-Proof

I bought a Sony Z3 from Vodacom in centurion mall in 2014 (the phone is still under contract). The main reason for choosing the device was because of the water-proof aspect of the phone. I have taken underwater pictures using the phone with no problems. I booked in the phone in the first week of January. I was send an sms indicating my phone was ready for collection when I went to pick it up they indicated that it was not repaired as it was declared to be economically un-repairable. I then requested that they send it back and have the head office call me. I was called and told to put m complaint in writing which I did. I received a response from Vodacom that the phone is economically un-repairable and that I should come pick it up. My query was and is the phone is said to be un-repairable and therefore request that the phone be replaced.
