Watch out for this - not even the mighty VODACOM want / can help you!!

I got involved with my sister's continuous request about a R4.50 charged daily to her account and no one know why. Vodacom for about 5 months assured every month that this was the last straw and they will take charge of it. Never happened. By accident on one of the other accounts we found that there are some apps out there that even though you type/say "No", not give permission, never intentionally landed on them, heaven know the reason, they simply deduct of your account AND VODACOM SEE IT BUT CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Of course if you get frustrated you are a ******, we are in South Africa of course. You are to just keep stacking up these bills, pay them otherwise Vodacom threaten you, and then you will not be given a refund, nor will anyone try to do so. My last listing I said I hope these people suffer of "bottom" (used the "A" word) cancer so really. My wish still remains and they NEVER called or returned their responses. Just posted some "we are sorry .... will contact you" - they not mentioned in which century.
