Watch out for the vodacom ****

Warning to everyone - Vodacom is running a **** and you need to be very careful of their sales calls. They phoned me to offer me better packages which would allow me to 'save' money on out of bundle rates. The amount that I agreed to on the phone is nowhere near what they started debiting me. After endless calls and eventually getting it reviewed they can only 'Reverse' the packages they've migrated but cannot refund what they already debited. Despite not agreeing to the absurd amounts they've debited!!! Now I will just cancel all my contracts and services with vodacom.
