Watch out. Bad credit score

Vodacom wifi through vumatel will give you a bad credit score!!!!!! Watch out as the staff there likes to go on tee breaks and not do what they suppose to do. I recently app**** for a apartment to rent. The agency did a credit check and when the report came out it showed that I owe vodacom fiber R609. They last updated the credit score things with ITC last year June/ July 2023. I called customer support on 15 April 2024 to find out what is going on. They checked my account and saw that my account is paid up to date. Their app is useless, showing a invoice for 01 May 2023. My credit score is in Green which is good, but it also shows that im in areas of R609 with vodacom, and according to all my statements and payment out of my account to date, I am not. The customer support agent said that vodacom financial department never updated my stuff with ITC or what you call it that's why it is showing areas. So you want to tell me from last year June / July till today April 2024 the staff at vodacom had been sitting clipping toe nails and not doing their jobs, and due to that gave me a little bit bad score. This is not fare towards people. So I suggest that when you sign up at vodacom for fiber, please just check if they update your stuff. No Vodacom, one question, are you guys going to put a new roof over my head ? You guys are so *********** and I need answers!!!!
