I did an online application, waited 24 hours no calls or responses. Afterwards I went into your galleria branch, was asked what I wanted. I wanted to apply for the lap top deal I saw online I told the consultant I wasn't sure if i qualified however she made me filled out an application I wasn't asked which deal it was nothing ,waited for 3/4 hours in the mall even left the store and came back....apparently your stores were offline. Was told by the consultant I would get a call the next day to tell me weather it was successful or not...till now I'm still waiting. I went online to check if there was any application since I didn't know what was happening a pop notification displayed I was declined.Wow thanks guys awesome service, had your agents actually phoned me I wouldn't have wasted my time, printing and paying for bank statements and spending hours at your store, for no reason at all.
