WASPA and Opera Telecom

Four months ago amounts in the R1000s started appearing on my Vodacom statement. Turns out it's for WASPA services from a company called Opera Telecom (something I never signed up for). They seem to be notorious for this kind of thing. <br> <br> Phoned and emailed Vodacom since it's something Vodacom is charging me for. On the phone Vodacom is telling me that it's not their problem. A call centre person named Vee told me that Vodacom can't be held responsible if, for the \privilege"of having a smartphone"
