wasp deducting from my husbands account

My husband got a bill for 2 months for over 2000 every month.He did not subscribe to any wasp services but it showed on his account and the debit order went off for 2 months.We did send a sms to 30333 but it was too late,already 2 months was deducted.Where can they show that he signed for this wasp.He is at autopage but they are closed and nobody can assist.please assist as this is a lot of money to waste for nothing.thank you
