Wasp billing

I took out a contract for my father some time back, I have now noticed on the itemized billing allot of charges for VodafoneL games and ite.vodacom.za. This amounts to hundreds of rands a month. Being a elderly he is not using the phone for games or downloads, I assume this is wasp or something similar you decided to add to the bill to make more money. I was just at a walk in center and they said they can not assist me in getting this resolved and removed from future bills. What is the point of these centers if they cant assist with queries. What do I have to do to remove this, or even better please remove this nonsense.

Can someone contact me on ********** 898 again. I thought this was sorted out last month. On this months bill again there is allot of money taken again for Opera Telecom - ATOMIC PHONE and VodafoneL - Games. I called last month to get this removed and i was assured it was and it wont happen again.
