Was told its not her job

<p>Whole day ive been going back and forth trying to get the value for my phone. I chatted to someone online and was told she cant give it to me i must phone the insurence, even though i was saying i wont be taking out the insurance with vodacom, i only need the value. i called the insurance and was told i must call vodacom..... i called vodacom and was told by a female (did not give her name) that its not her job to do that.</p>
