Was **** to about contract, Vodacom agreed to cancel, then nothing happened

I have an existing contract with Vodacom. In March I was phoned by a salesman that promised to reduce my monthly spend and give me an extra 2 gig data per month. When the first bill arrived, it was clear that he ****. I phoned to complain, and was passed to a risk and ***** investigator that listened to recordings, and agreed that salesman had ****. I was given option of a reduced price, or a cancellation. I chose the latter, and I was instructed to courier the routerto the Rewardsco building in Umhlanga, which I did on 1 June. I sent them the routing slip on 13 June, and reminders on 18 July (got promise that issue will be attended to in 48-72 hours), 12 September and 27 September. No answer. I have lately tried to engage Vodacom in a live chat, but got no response.
