Warranty repairs

**** Service provider especially Vodacom 4u Kollonade , took my cellphone for warranty repair 2 weeks before warranty lapses coz it just died with battery still above 60%. Staff left my phone without booking it in until the warranty expired. Their excuse was person responsible for booking cellphones in for repairs his credentials were blocked, they should have told me to take it to nearest repairs center instead of leaving it for warranty to expire. After finally booking it received a call from repair shop to say the problem was faulty /malfunctioning mother board. Quote was over R200 now vodacom 4U Kollonade wants me to settle the bill. **** Service staff unprofessional 🤮🤮🤮
