Warranty on phones a gimmic Samsung at vodacom will always blame you if the phone screen lifts at the sides.

Please dont purvhase Samsung phones with closable screens or any phone for that matter that opens and closes. The 24 month warranty is a ****. Strait from the bat entering Vodacom shop keywest I was accused of breaking the screen, whic does not have a scratch on it, only the sides of thr indent lifted ,rendering the screen unusable big black line where the screen lifted. This is clearly from opening and closingbit. Had the Zflip5 phone for 4 months. Waiting to hear from Vodacom no answer yet.
