Warranty not honoured

<p>I handed my phone in for repairs after if got water damage. This is on a Sony that’s supposedly waterproof. The phone is still under warranty, but Vodacom refuses to honour this. The Branch in Cresta was going to speak to their head office last week and phone me back. I am still waiting for the phone call. I fully understand that with normal phones water damage is not covered, but this was sold to me as a waterproof phone.</p>
