Warranty Issues

I have 2 cell phone accounts with Vodacom: my phone (Cat phone) and my wife's phone (Samsung S5). The Samsung S5 s****ed giving problems (screen flashes and goes off) which we reported in April 2016, the phone was sent for repairs and was returned to us in 3 weeks. On the same day the phone was returned to us, we experienced the same problem it was sent in for. The phone was taken back to Vodacom on the 5th of May 2016, I called the repairs customer care and was told the phone is still in transit??? This is not acceptable as I am paying a monthly bill and I expect to have a phone in working condition.

The Cat phone's software crashed in March 2016 and I took the phone back to Vodacom in the Middelburg Mall as my phone is still under warranty. The phone was sent away and after a few weeks I was told they would be replacing my phone with a new one. I went to collect the phone from Vodacom, but the back cover of my phone was not there. I was given another cover (which did not fit properly - did not close and made a bubble at the back of the phone which prevented a proper seal), and was assured that a new cover would be ordered for me. It is now the second week of May and still no cover or any proper feedback. Unfortunately my phone got wet and due to the back cover not sealing properly it is no longer waterproof. Due to the incorrect cover my phone will probably be irreparably damaged. I pay my account on time every month and expect to have the phones that work 100% and that all parts fit as they should. I should not be phoning after Vodacom all the time, where is the customer service that is promised?
