Warranty Claim

Battery on LG g3 swelled up caused back cover to expand and screen to pop out. Vodacom replaced battery under warranty but did not bother checking the screen or back cover and was sent in 3 more times afterwards. Still coming back with same problem. I have called the repair centre in midrand and spoke to a lady by the name of Augustina and they still have not called back in this regard. I also in the mean time have received the phone back in the same condition as it left. This is not acceptable as it is the battery of the phone that swelled and not malicious damage. Not even a scratch on phone. Could someone pls just get back to me as I have been without this phone for 2 months now on a 10 month contract thus far. All we ask for is service for which we pay in this country.
