Warning to potential business contract clients!
Just a warning to potential business clients who want to join Vodacom...dont! I have changed account details and am now in month 11 ...YES NEARLY 1 YEAR! Trying to get the info changed for VAT PURPOSES. I have shouted, screamed, spoken to 10 people, written 6 letters. Threatened and reported and guess what....NO ONE GIVES A DAMN! BUT THEY TAKE OUR MONEY LIKE CLOCKWORK. If you move your business contract to Vodacom you will be very sorry. Month after month excuses and passing the buck. Beyond disgusted...I'm finished
