WARNING PRIVACY ISSUES WARNING

Hi everyone, today I got a call from a company called Monda. Apparently Monda is a trade partner of Vodacom. When the calling agent of Monda began speaking I immediately recognised it as a sales call. It began with something like, \Imagine you could pay less for more airtime than what its value is"etc etc. Naturally I was not interested since I was very happy with Vodacom and my prices thereof. <br> <br> I then started saying that I have enough data and I am happy with my current package with Vodacom. Suddenly the agent start bloating out all my personal account information like so: \""Your account is currently at R*** this month which means your package costs this much and you can save this much here and there\"". She used my own account information for her sales pitch to harass me into believing that Monda is cheaper. To my shock I closed the call. The agent did not even authenticate me. She just publicly started bloating out my account information. Im no lawyer but I believe this is *******.<br> <br> I will most definitely be changing my service provider to someone completely different where I know my private account information is safe and not sold to some 3rd party. Beware Vodacom customers!!!!!"""
