WARNING: Get clear communication of terms BEFORE changing your debit order date!

If I had known that changing my debit order date from the 1st to the 7th meant I had to be debited yesterday for last month (April) and for May, and know that going forward I would be paying in ADVANCE and no longer for the previous month... I wouldn't have changed it!

I was not told that this would happen. I was simply told that my debit orders will go off on the 7th starting in June!

Now, I'm well over R1000 short this month, as this was not budgeted for due to poor communication from your call center agent, who changed my debit order date!

I am appalled that you can do this to people! Poor communication, then "Well, this is how it works..." when I call, trying to get answers. Well, I was told that in the first play, nor was I warned!

Not fair, Vodacom!!! Have your call center agents MAKE SURE they give the correct and ALL information that the customer must know, and BE SURE that the customer is aware of your terms BEFORE you change their debit order for them.

Please people, don't rely on what you are being told (which should be what you MUST now), ask for all terms and anything you must know before changing ANYTHING on your account when it comes to your payments because the call center agents don't, like in my case, tell you everything.

Why must we ask for all the terms when it is the responsibility of Vodacom's call center agents to make sure the customer knows all the details?

Beyond ****ed off with this situation!
