***Warning*** Don't ever discuss Vodacom upgrades telephonically

WARNING!!! Don't take any calls from Vodacom to discuss upgrades because they upgraded lines that I didn't agree to. They use a third party company to call us and then they upgrade just to get commission. One of our businesses 3G cards that we weren't using at all was upgraded to 50gig and two others 3G cards were upgraded without our permission! This was in November last year. Had to fight for months to get all the upgrades reversed. They finally reversed everything in February but now JULY and we still haven't received the refunds! Vodacom REFUSE to answer any emails, so you have to call them every time and even then nothing is done about correcting the issues. SO BE WARNED - DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE HAVING TO GO THROUGH - NEVER EVER TALK TO THEM TELEPHONICALLY ABOUT UPGRADES!
