Waranty means nothing.

Vodacom's and Samsung's warranty means nothing. Will be moving all my phone numbers to MTN or Cell C. Apparently if your phone has a small mark on the corner this constitutes as physical damage and voids the warranty.

To me it sounds like they don't want to fix any phones under warranty. What phone, except a new one, does not have some small scratches or marks on it? To me it is totally ridiculous.
