Wanting to hand me over for bills i have no idea of

I have been to a store, called and emailed but receive no assistance with bills on my account that I know nothing about and invoices that are not available on the online self service portal. I keep getting threatening emails that I am going to be handed over. I refuse to pay for bills that i did not incur! Your branch staff, call center staff and whom ever manages your emails are all useless!!!!
