wanting to be paid by the deceased
My daughter had an account with Vodacom, her cellphone was insured with them. She passed away in a car accident on 15 March 2015, she had paid her account on the 27 February 2015 in full. I have tried since April to make a claim for the phone that is insured, as I am the executor of her estate, but Vodacom insists that I pay an amount of R997.19 which is the amount that would have been due at the end of March 2015 (which is after her passing). I have submitted all relevant documents, called every possible number, emailed back and forth extensively, to no avail. How can something so simple be made so complicated? This is not rocket science.

Back
