I bought myself a new samsage trend Plus last yes October. And 3 month back it wanted a software upgrade and my phone didn't wanna Download anything. A friend of mine had the same story went to Vodacom and within 2 hours the Phone was Fixed. My take 7days to respond n they told me it had. Liquid inside. Since when do u open Phones to update a software and tHey ask me to pay 250 rands. If you guys says you have a 2 year warranty. Why put in a software that want last a year and ask me for money to fix it. I had cell phones before and I would ask Vodacom to help if I'm still under warrant. And it only a software why. Should I pay, my Phone is here sitting like a toy while I bought it with so much money
