Want to divorce Vodacom!!!!!!!!!!

After many phonecalls of cancelling my kid's numbers for did not want to extend their contracts and the guy said they'll do investigation and did call me to let me know the investigation was done and apology and those two will stop and I will be reimbursed.

Now to get my invoice and they still reflect!! I am so frustrated with Vodacom for not being honest! I want out!!
