Want to charge mor

Went to rivonia - zandile quoted me R628 for a Smart M contract ( with iphone 16gb ) including 1 gb extra data. <br> This was on 24 july. Immediately ported my number from mtn to vodacom and ordered phone. Was told it would be there on 29th. <br> Eventually was told phone ( wrong colour) was there on 7 aug.<br> Went in and signed all forms and was then told it was now going to cost R749. <br> Zandile confirmed that she quoted me R628 <br> Manager said it was incorrect and refused to sort the problem out - very bad attitude!!<br> I have now sent mails to the rivonia branch and to customer care and to date have had no response! <br> Please help!!
