Want to cancel all 5 contacts, no customer service at all

<p>I have been trying to talk to someone at the solutions department for the last month now regarding a data issue on my accounts. I have had no success, every time i call they place me on hold or transfer my call and then the call gets cut off. then you must phone back , do the whole security check again and so it goes on and on. To date i have still not sorted my issue out, i have given them bad ratings so they can call me back but they dont, all i get is a message that says someone will contact me in 24 hours and they never do. I have been with vodacom on a contract for 11 years but i think its time to go else where, i cant comment on there service because there is no service.</p>
