Want to bill 5777 extra without telling me why

Billed close to R5800 from 19/06 -27/06 for data usage. When I questioned it - was offered a discount so long as I took things no further. When asked to please provide a list of URLs to prove that I did not use the airtime, was told that they would only provide it telephonically, so long as I did not use it against them.
