My mother has a contract with vodacom where she was getting 50gb day n 30 night, and the average usage for the past 24 months has been 20-30 gb per month. On the 1st of October vodacom alllcated the 30gb coz promo data has elapsed which is fine. Problem the 30 gb have been drained in 8 days which they give me **** reasons saying its because the promo data is no longer been loaded but analiticaly it's bull cause data was used same way as the past 24 months an so glad we dd not renew the contract with vodacom last month as we wanted cause they just showed us again that they are not to be trusted. I want the 30gb thay they drained in 8days with stupid excuses cause even I am not going to renew my 2 sim card contract with them if they do my mother like this. And my husband contract with them expires in December they must forget he is not renewing it not on my watch and I will be checking with all of my friends and relatives cause if they do my mother like this it will be the last person they do wrong that I know off. Can they load back the data back number of sim contract which is on a router don't call it. *** please dnt call this number call ***. They can check on their system for the past 24moths this sim will carry over about 20-28gb to the next months and now they tell me 30gb in 8days with usual usage. I want this data loaded back to the sim card as in yesterday. Otherwise my mission to make everyone I know cancel their contract with vodacom starts now.
