Want control over my money

I have a top up contract with Vodacom for 2 phones.<br> <br> Everyone knows that when you take a contract you pay a set amount every month.<br> Not once has the set amount came out of my account, I always found a debit amount triple or double coming out every month.<br> When I called the call centre to enquire, no ne could give me a reason.<br> So I faxed a complaint to the Head office demanding that no debit orders come out, I will pay the amount on my own. They allowed me to.<br> <br> When I went to go get another contract with them, they said I cant because I pay for my own debits I don't allow them to take out the amount for m every month. I told them its nonsense, basically they want control over my own money and the consultant himself told me, yes that's pretty much it.<br> <br> Vodacom is such a useless network.<br> They fail to keep to what they are supposed to do.<br> Consultants and people in the call centre can never give answers to quires.<br>
