Want a replacement and iPhone 7 Plus

Attention to CEO

Good afternoon. Please I need some help asap.
I'm complaining now a for 3 weeks long. I took a brand new IPhone 7 plus 32GB Silver on a contact the 20 October 2016 from Vodacom online department. Realise a week after I got my iPhone that my iPhone screen is starting to give me problems. There is small black and white stripes running on the screen randomly. It seems the LED is faulty.
I called Apple California, and explained my problems, and that Vodacom don't want to help me. He said vodacom is trained to help customers with problems on their iPhone devices.
I have a 12 month warranty on the device. I have read you terms and conditions on Vodacom's website of the warranty on the iPhone devices. It says
iPhone devices
Should your iPhone device become faulty within 1 (one) year from purchase (effective from the purchase date on the official invoice), it will be replaced with a unit in non-commercial packaging by a Vodacom Repairs outlet, free of charge, within 7 calendar days of receipt of the device by the outlet. (Timeframe may be influenced by location, courier delays and/or public holidays.
Replacement units will carry a 3 (three) month warranty if they are replaced in month 10, 11 or 12 of year 1 (one) from the original purchase date.
The physical condition of device applies – as outlined above.
Please note that should you need to exchange your faulty iPhone device you must retain the original box and accessories as ONLY the unit will be replaced.
Please refer to the information leaflet contained in the iPhone device box for additional important information regarding your iPhone unit. Kindly access www.apple.com for comprehensive information regarding the features and specifications of your iPhone device.
"Find my iPhone" needs to be de-activated before device is booked-in..
I went to a Vodacom shop for help. Where they said they cannot help me and that I need to book the device in so that they can send the device to a repair centre in Midrand Johannesburg for Repairs. And apparently that will take up to 3 months for the device to be repaired. I contacted the CallCenter the solutions department, repair centre and I emailed the CEO office whereby I CC/BCC shameel Joosub, and don't get any reply or feedback!
I I don't want a repair, I want a replacement!
I said I want a replacement, because my device is still brand-new and I I started to complained a week after I've got my deviceon.
Vodacom terms and conditions under warranty it state. within in 1 year from purchase (effective from the purchase date on the official invoice), It will be replaced with a unit in non-commercial packaging by a Vodacom Repairs outlet, free of charge.
Please I would like a replacement, my iPhone 7 Plus is now 4 weeks old and giving me problems. I want a replacement on the device asap.
Please can someone contact me asap so that I can sort this problem out.
Tel: ********** 535
ID: ********** 036086
http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/device-warranty-terms-and-conditions
Regards,
Juan Coertze
Tel: ********** 535
