Wake up, Vodacom!

Dear Vodacom,

We have tried to contact to you regarding a broken phone for the last two weeks, and still no response. Sadly, Hello Peter seems to be the only way I'll (hopefully) get a response.

My BRAND NEW Iphone 6S broke on the 11th of August. I took it in the next day. You sent it to JHB, sent it back to Jefrreys Bay, just to tell me that I need to deactivate my "Find my Iphone" , which you could have done OVER THE PHONE.

You then took another two weeks, phoned me to ask me if you should back up my data, and I said yes, please. You then proceeded to send me a BROKEN, refurbished phone back, after my BRAND NEW phone broke. And I might I add that you never backed up my data. That includes every special memory and photo I've had since 2016, which is worth way more than the phone itself, AFTER I kindly asked you to back.it.up. And no, I didn't put it on the cloud, because who's IPHONE breaks within a month of buying it?

The worst thing is that you are still phoning us to sell new contracts and deals to us, but you cannot handle your oopsies! Come on, Vodacom, you're better than that!

I would very much appreciate it if a real person can please contact us about this issue, before I cancel all 4 of my contracts (which I've had for 11 years), at Vodacom, and go to a service provider who actually cares about their customers, and doesn't want to just make money off of us.

Get it together, and handle it.
